About the Artwork

All paintings are original, one-off pieces by Swill Art. Each artwork is unique — there is only one of each. Once a piece is marked as sold, it is no longer available.

Every painting is signed by the artist. Photos on the website show the actual artwork, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your card details are never stored on our website — Stripe handles all payment security.

Shipping

All artwork is carefully packaged and sent via insured tracked delivery.

• UK delivery: typically 3-5 working days
• International delivery: typically 7-14 working days
• You will receive a tracking number once your artwork has been dispatched

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you're not completely happy:

• You may return any artwork within 30 days of receiving it
• The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned artwork

To start a return, please contact us with your order details.

Damaged in Transit

All shipments are fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery
• Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including return shipping costs

Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Your Privacy

We only use your personal information (name, email, address) to process and deliver your order. We never share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
